I will be preparing for college finals the next couple of weeks, so I will not be blogging. That will make some of you very sad; others I am sure will rejoice. For those of you who stop in everyday, I am sorry there will not be anything for you to read. Perhaps a visit to some of my favorite sites will do you well.

I see that my efforts to communicate with you were not entirely successful. Apparently I misjudged. I apologize for offending you, which was not my intention.
In answer to your questions regarding my own publishing history, I have had a few pieces published in traditional Catholic venues as well as economics-related websites which you would probably consider congenial to your views. Recently, however, I have been forced to reconsider the idea that it can truly serve the will of God for someone like myself who lacks basic virtues such as humility and meekness to publish their thoughts.
My reservations on that subject will only be strengthened by this experience.

Let me say that you have been blessed with a very beautiful family. I really admire your wife's inspiring patience in dealing with the difficulties created by your 4-year old.
